1. Create a shipping instruction - e.g. (LSI-540)
2. Create shipment from the LSI - e.g. (LS-519)
3. Make the changes in the LS without making any changes in LSI.
4. Click on the Save button.
5. Application is throwing error

*Issue: i21 is saving the changes in the LS but it is trying to delete the order details from the LSI. This is happening only when we have the LSI open in the background.*
