Load shipment schedule screen:
* JDE records Invoice and Final Quanity in the Documents and Demurrage tab. This change was specifically requested so that these can be recorded
* However we have a check that disables Documents and Demurrage tab itself if the Transport Mode is Truck.
* According to JDE this is a bug because otherwise how else they can record Invoice status and final quantity
* It is better that always show this tab based on a customer preference setting.
