Portal user (LSPs) accessing Load Shipment Schedule Screen:
* We are currently show all the loads - the ones to which inventory is yet to be reiceved and the ones wherein IR is already done
* Since LSPs are going to use this only for the ones where IR is still not done, JDE wants this screen to show only the loads to which no IR is done
* We need to control this with a preference setting so that other customer environment will not impact due to this
