Steps:
1. Log in to MPTC, Canada location
2. Go to Inventory Transfer and Create a Transfer order to Location United States ( Check the Shipment Required check box)
3. Post the Transfer Order
4. Log in to Database
5. Insert the Transfer Goods Receipt xml in db
6. Process the Transfer Goods Receip
