Steps
1. Create a contract with 275 70 KG bag
2. Create a load entry
3. Receive it with 42,319.5 LB instead of 42438.55 LB
4. Create voucher in the voucher screen, system shows weight as 42,319.5 LB in UI.
Issue:
Weight in the screen is 42,319.5 LB but xml is 42438.55 LB

Expectation
