Steps:
1. Create a P-Contract and approve it
2. Create a S-Contract and allocate with P-Contract
3. Open S-Contract and do not select the Destination port
4. Approve the S-Contract
5. Approve the same contract from BU
Issue: The Contract feed will not sent when Destination port is not selected.
Expectation: System should send a alert email when Contract does not have a destination port
