Scenario:
- IR posted
- Feed goes to SAP (e.g. 10:00)
- SAP sent -ve acknowledgement (e.g. 10:05)
- User subsequently made changes and reprocessed (e.g. 10:08)
- SAP sent +ve acknowledgement (10:13)
- Email notification for IR feed failure messages was sent at 10:20 for the failure that occured at 10:05. However in reality it actually succeeded subsequently so we should check the latest status for the same IR before sending the failure notification email.
