Issue: Contract feed should not go to SAP if the Roll up Sequences value got changed after the SAP PO is created

# Approve the contract
# Feed sent to SAP
# Received the SAP PO No
# Change 'Roll up Sequences' value
# System should not send feed to SAP
Expectation: When the Roll up Sequences value got changed after the SAP PO is created, System should not send feed to SAP
