Contract Staging table does not have correct values
*Issue:*
* This scenario may happens only for imported contracts. It contains both Added and Modified records.
* Both the fields value for added records are false which is correct because user didn't select both the fields.
* After that user has modified some of the fields and they enabled both the fields.
* But in contract staging table, it has not set true for both the fields.
* In Contract Header, 'Send feed to SAP' and 'Roll up Sequences' values are true. But in staging table, values are false / null.
*Expectation:*
* Should contain same set of values which is available in contract header for 'Send feed to SAP' and 'Roll up Sequences' fields
