1. Go to System Manager > Activities > Company Configuration
2. Setup SMTP Email settings.
SMTP Server: smtp.outlook.com
SMTP Port: 587
Encrypted Connection: SSL / TSL / TSL 1.2
Requires Authentication: Both checked and unchecked
3. Go to Integration > Activities > Process > New
4. Create new process with Send Email as process step.
5. Click Run Selected Step and Run All.
