- i21 system sends Shipment Instruction to SAP system
- SAP system responds with SAP delivery number
- i21 system sends Shipment Advice as an inbound update message by giving the SAP delivery number
- i21 system sends ETA updates to SAP by giving the SAP delivery number
- i21 system will record all the process errors and success messages
- i21 system will provide a mechanism to view all the status messages
- Both iRely and JDE team FDs are attached along with this ticket.
