h2. Description
- LSPs can send ETA updates as they receive to i21 system using this integration touch point
- This will eliminate manual communication between JDE and LSPs for updating ETAs.
- Initially one LSP will use this interface to provide ETA updates and two other LSPs will use our portal to update
- Eventually more LSPs will start using either our integration or direct update using our portal
- i21 system will record all the process errors and success messages
- i21 system will provide a mechanism to view all the status messages
- iRely and JDE FDs are attached along with this ticket.
