System was hanging when stock feed delete operation failed in Poland.
Steps:

# {color:#000000}Run the process multiple times{color}
Issue: The failed steps are executed multiple times
Expected:
- System will have to attempt 2 or 3 times and give up with mail notification.
- It should not attempt continuously that makes the system hang
