Steps:
- Create purchase contract and sales contract in Zug (22 MT). Approve both contracts.
- Allocate purchase and sales contract (20 MT).
- Inter-company purchase contract will be created in BU. Approve this contract.
- Create dropship LS in Zug for 20 MT, post. System will create LS in BU side.
- Create sales invoice from LS and post invoice
- Post LS on BU side.
- Create IR against this LS in BU.
Now, there will be balance quantity of 2 MT open in all these 3 contracts.
- Try to short close the p-contract in Zug. It will work.
- Try to short close the s-contract in Zug. It throws a message which is bug that will have to be fixed. Refer comments for a screenshot.
- Once it is fixed, system should trigger short close on the BU side after approval in Zug. Try the entire cycle and user should be able to short close all the three contracts.
Note: Check "Contract Status" in the amendments and approvals configuration.

# Go to Contract Management > Contract > Click new
# Create purchase contract and sales contract in Zug (22 MT). Approve both contracts.
# Allocate purchase and sales contract (20 MT).
# Inter-company purchase contract will be created in BU. Approve this contract.
# Create dropship LS in Zug for 20 MT, post. System will create LS in BU side.
# Create sales invoice from LS and post invoice
# Post LS on BU side.
# Create IR against this LS in BU.
# Short close the p-contract in Zug

System should allow to short close the s-Contract.
