Console error appears when hitting Apply to Users button from Panel List

Description + *Steps:* +   1. Go to Dashboard Menu > Panels > Canned Panels   2. Check Canned Panel, hit Activate button and then Save   3. Select the activated canned panel and hit Edit button   4. Hit OK button on the message then edit any field from the Canned Panel and hit Save button   5. Hit OK button on the message   6. Hit Close button of the Panel Settings   7. On Panel List screen > Canned Panels tab, Hit {color:#ff0000}Apply to {color}{color:#ff0000}Users {color}button   8. Hit Yes on message.   {color:#ff0000}+ *Issue:* +{color}   *14.4:* !pastedImage_d31601_0.png! *15.1 and 15.2:* !pastedImage_d31601_1.png!   {color:#008000}+ *Acceptance Criteria:* +{color}   Changes should cascade to all user's copy of the canned panel without console error
