Scenario 1:
1. Create new panel and save.
2. Once saved, click Delete button.
3. Select yes on warning message.
Scenario 2:
1. Create new panel and save.
2. Once saved, close the panel.
3. Open Panel List and select the added panel.
4. Click Delete button and select yes on warning message.
5. Click Save button then close.
6. It prompted a saving message.
7. Clicking Yes did not close the Panel List screen.
8. Click the x button instead.
9. Reopen the Panel List screen

1. Panel Settings isn't deleted.
2. Panel Settings isn't deleted too. It still shows on the list.

1. Panel Settings should be deleted and should close the Panel Settings screen.
2. Closing the Panel List scree should not prompt saving message since action delete has been saved already. Reopening the Panel List should no longer display the deleted panel.
