On the Panel Settings tab, the Query Builder button can be clicked without having first selected a connection. When clicked, nothing happens.
It should popup a dialog box that simply says "Choose a Connection Before Starting Query Builder", or something informative like that. Otherwise there is no feedback to the user that they must select a connection first.
