1. Create new canned panel.
2. Make sure that Column Settings is properly set up.
3. Click Save.
4. Hit Activate button and OK on message.
5. Go to Panel List > Active Panels tab and open the canned panel copy.
6. Go to Settings tab > Column Settings.

Column Settings is empty.

Column Settings should be intact on the canned panel copy.
