Panel Access checkbox of shared panel is still checked

Description + *Steps:* +   1. Log AGADMIN and open existing panel.   2. Click User Access, hit New button from Panel User List, select user (user that has designer and user dashboard role from User Security screen) on User List screen (AGDEMO) and click OK button.   3. Click Save button on Panel User List screen. Panel has been shared to AGDEMO.   4. Save the Panel Settings.   5. Once saved click Deactivate button and close.   !pastedImage_d45380_0.png! 6. Log AGDEMO user.   7.
