On the date range selection, the last day of the month is being excluded from the monthly selection. Example- for July, rows with a date of 7/31, do not show in the list when "This Month" was selected. But if use a custom date, the row shows. This is very bad because data could be missed and the customer would never know. This is build 15.2.0721.496.
This problem was supposed to have been fixed previously. I could not determine the JIRA item. It needs to be fixed ASAP in 15.2 and 15.3.
I have set it as a blocker because while there is a work around, customers who don't realize that data from the last day of the month is not displaying would never know to use the custom range.
Example, this panel (shot#1) is set to show billable hours for a given date range. Today's date is 7/31/2015, and I have it set for "This Month". No data from 7/31 is displayed.

shot#2 shows a custom date range of 7/1/2015 through 7/31/2015, and there is data for 7/31.
