Changing date filter from Panel Settings is not working.

Description + *Steps:* +   1. Look for a panel on dashboard with date filter setup and open.   2. On Panel Settings, change date condition into Custom.   3. Supply begin and end date on Custom Date mini screen and click OK.   4. Click save.   {color:#ff0000}+ *Issue:* +{color}   !pastedImage_d40545_0.png! + *Acceptance:* +   Changes on Date Condition from Panel Settings should cascade on dashboard panel.
