1. Create new canned panel and save.
2. Close the canned panel and open Panel List.
3. Go to Canned Panels tab and re-open the newly created canned panel.
4. Click OK on warning message.
5. Click Delete and select Yes on delete confirmation message.
6. Close the Panel List.
