Created a chart panel using the Bar or Column Chart. The Format of the dollar amount is selected as Currency (shot #1). The label on the bar is correct, showing both the dollar amount and the decimal value. But the popup that comes up when the cursor mouses over the bar does not show decimal values (shot#2). It does correctly display the dollar symbol though. Same thing happens on column chart type (shot#3)
