1. Open Panel List.
2. Go to Canned Panels tab.
3. Select Canned Panel and hit Activate button. Click Save button.
4. Go to Active Panels tab and check the activated panel. It is present.
5. Repeat Steps 2 to 4.
6. Go back to Canned Panels tab.

First Canned Panel activated is not on black font and can be activated again.

Activated canned panel should appear in red font and should not be able to activate again.
