When a panel is created, saved and closed, it does not appear in the panel list until you close the panel list and reopen. The panel saves fines, but the list should be refreshed when the panel settings screen is closed.
1- Go into Panel List, and click New / New Panel

!pastedImage_d33849_1.png! The newly created panel should appear in the list, but it isn't.
!pastedImage_d33849_2.png! Close the panel list, and go back. The newly created panel IS listed now:

Expected behavior: Closing the panel settings screen should refresh the list, or saving the panel should refresh. whatever the best approach is. Otherwise the user has to close the list and reopen.
