*REPLICATION STEPS:*

*ISSUE:*
When we used Origin, if a driver voided a ticket in ET, it did not come through to Origina when we imported the tickets.
In i21, even if the ticket was voided it comes through with nothing to indicate is should be voided. That leaves way too much room for error. Those tickets should not import.
Attached the report showing Voided ticket - they have already deleted it from iRely so they could finish their day.
