Began receiving the below error on the receive from office function, customer data not updating

+ *CAUSE:* +
Energy Trac can only handle Zip Code with a maximum of 10 characters long.
+ *TO DO:* +
Truncate the zipcode during ET Exporting into 10 characters if exceeds.
