MCP needs the ability to see the customer invoice dating from 11-30 days on the customer detail screen in energy trac.
Additionally, changing the field text from 91 Days and Over to '91 Days +' will allow for the fields to fit better on the screen.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Invoice dating field added labeled '11-30 Days'
2. Sum of '11-30 Days' field to match the value in the corresponding i21 Entity Inquiry Screen (F9 on the customer screen)
3. Field name change from '91 Days and Over' to '91 Days +
4. Re-orient fields to resemble mockup
