Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Energy Trac > Import > Select Driver Number > Click Process     Issue:   Was not able to import and will prompt import failed. Please contact iRely Support.     From Elizabeth Batsios:   I fixed all the inventory items to be within the 10 character limit. I created a new export file and did receive from office. The order is still not in ET. I shortened all the Item numbers that were greater than 10 characters to be 10 characters or less. I created a new export file and did receive from office. I entered a sampling of about 15 invoices in ET and transmitted them to i21.
