OR has specific Taxation needs - in order to accomidate them, State Excise Tax is being setup as State Sales Tax - as they need to be able to exempt per Site. Oregon does not have actual Sales Tax
So, we need FOR OREGON only ET invoice
The tax that is showing as State Sales Tax is actually State Excise Tax and needs to be Labled as such on the invoice and be moved about the total area with the other taxes
