Integration should be base integration
*Steps:*
1. Energy Trac > Export XML > Select all module including Cash Discounts > Click Export
*Acceptance:*
Cash.csv should be exported which includes values from terms in i21
So that discounts can be handled with Base Engineering we need to be able to export terms information for the cash.csv export.
A view should be created that contains the information in the spec found at [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/ET/Base+Export] under Csh Discounts (Terms).
