When importing the comptran.csv for the Base Engineering interface we need to move the processed comptran.csv to the archive location at the end of the process whether there is failure or not.
There are a variety of reasons why the import might fail, and this results in the comptran.csv never being archived. THen the file continues to be processed over and over again.
To prevent this issue the comptran.csv file should be moved to the archive at the end of every import.
