Customers often import invoices for zero gallons to get the tank reading into TM. They also do $0 price invoices in the truck that the CSR later changes to a determined price after import.
Currently it appears that we validate the price and gallons and do not allow zero values.
We need to change the import to allow for zero gallons or zero price.
Preconditon:
Integration is Base Engineering and File is located in set up (Company Configuration)
*Steps:*
1. ET > Import > Select Location > Click Process
*Issue:*
Transaction will not be imported with status Price must have value and or Quantity must have value
*Acceptance:*
Transaction in comptran.csv file with 0 Recorded quantity or price per unit must be imported and invoice will be created.
