*Steps:*
1. Energy Trac > Import > Display available drivers for import > Select driver > Click Process> Display successfully created invoice > open successfully created invoice with invoice number TB-MH 002979
*Issue:*
% Full in invoice displays 10,000.
When importing from Energy Trac, the % Full value on the Invoice ends up being increased by a multiple of 100. If the Import file has a value of "100.00" meaning 100%, then the Invoice will show % Full as "10,000.00"
*Acceptance:*
% Full in invoice should display 100 only.
