On the Energy Trac "Export Setup" screen we want to add a new tab lebeled "Tax Code Setup"
It will be a standard grid like the other tabs, and should display all of the tax codes from Common Info, Tax Codes. With the addition of a second column where the Origin tax reference code can be typed in (SST, FET, LC1, LC2, etc.).
The data from this screen will be stored in the table created in IET-122
