It would save the user (me) good amount of time if we can filter by at least customer or by status. Those could probably be the most that will be used for now.

When upgrading, since we don't have drill down by customer yet, filter would be wonderful.
Also, when Mike checks this, everything that's offline should be fixed, so he may need to filter by status.
