*STEPS :*
1. Go to Inventory > Maintenance > Items.
2. In Search Items Screen, click New button.
3. Update the details. Set 2 UPC Codes.
*ISSUES :*
{color:#323232}I'm creating items in i21 inventory, because they are associated with vendor rebate files (Cig/Tob scan data). When I'm trying to create these 2 items (see screenshot below) they have different log UPCs but the system is shortening the UPC the same, so it won't let me create the items because it says the short UPC is not unique. {color}
