Item -> Bundle tab - Remove Price and Total, make units read only
Units is unit qty of item
Bundle items cannot be purchased. So PO, Receipt, Transfer and Adjustment screens should not list bundle items
"Allow Purchase" check box in UOM grid should be unchecked and disabled.
