2. Check for Cost fields on the created Build Assembly.
Issue:
1. Header Cost field - shows 0
2. Detail Cost fields - shows 0.00
Acceptance criteria:
1. Should show the last cost of the assembly type item.
2. Should show the last cost of the component items.
