Issue:
1. Inventory > Inventory Transfer > New
2. Select the location and an item auto populates in the item section
3. User is able to type over the item and add new info, but if tries to remove the auto populated item, user gets an error message and is not able to save the record.
Please see comment section for reference.
Acceptance:
New Inventory Transfer should not auto populate item.
