Steps to create issue:
1. Ensure that fiscal period is open General Ledger > Fiscal Year > Open 2020 and select April 2020 and March 2020 and ensure drop down for inventory column is selected for open.
2. Inventory > Reports > Inventory Valuation > Rebuild > Item 232328B
3. Have tried it checking optional Full Rebuild and not in company 99
4. Getting error message showing in comments section.
Please update USPICGetCollateralItems so rebuild can complete
