*Steps to Reproduce:*
Step 1: Go to Inventory > Items > New
Step 2: Supply Values in the details tab
Step 3: Go to Set Up Tab > Cost
Step 4: Select Cost Type = "Freight"
Step 5: Select Cost Method = "Gross Unit"
Step 6: Select Amount UOM = Gallon
