When posting Multiple Inventory Receipts.
If the user does not exit the IR Entry Screen, and selects New to create a second IR, after posting the Second IR, the screen goes back to the First IR.
This allows the user to Voucher the First IR (potentially a second time).
Screen should remain on the IR just saved, also should not allow a Second Voucher to be created from the IR.

Verified using 18.3.0923.1091 - PASSED
Retest using 18.3.0924.1092 - PASSED
Steps in testing
* Restore Mcintosh Database
* Restore using 18.3.0923.1091
* Create Inventory receipt and post
* click new
* create another Inventory receipt and post
* *Result: The first created IR shows*
* *The result after the Fix: The IR number stays after posting the IR Transaction*
*Acceptance: The IR number should remain after posting the transaction*
