Steps:
1. Open new or existing Commodity.
2. In the UOM tab, add multiple UOMS.
Issue: Could not select all or multiple UOMs.
Acceptance Criteria: Add Checkbox on header so there will be select all and unselect all. Allow multiple select by checking it one by one.
