No voucher is created. User has no visibility to vouchers that should have been created that aren't. This issue prevents us from taking the maintenance build which is needed for other fixes.     ZFS Ithaca: Company TE   Tested on latest Build: 19.1.0806.316   [https://i21.zfsinc.com:8443/ithacaTE/]     Verified Fix using 19.1.0808.325 = Passed   Steps in testing:   1)Create Purchase Contract with cost (Charge entity is checked) and save   2)Create a ticket from the created Contract and distribute/process   3)Check the generated Voucher   Result: all created payables shows in the voucher   Acceptance: all payables should show in the voucher     !pastedImage_d122502_0.png|height=831,width=1111! !pastedImage_d122502_1.png|height=740,width=1000! !pastedImage_d122502_2.png|height=709,width=1100!
