Steps:
1.Create a purchase basis contract.
2.Create a DP purchase contract.
3.Create settlement price and basis entry in risk management.
4.Create load in ticket using purchase basis contract.
5. Distribute ticket. Check IR created. Item should have no tax.
6. Create load in ticket using DP purchase contract.
7. Distribute ticket. Check IR created. Item should have no tax.
8. Create a delivery sheet with distribution Delayed Pricing.
9. Create a scale ticket and attach delivery sheet you created in step 8.
10. Distribute the ticket.
11. In delivery sheet. Enter grade and click post.
12. Check the IR created. Item should have no tax.
When grain is being received by a scale ticket for DP bushels a GL entry for grain taxes payable is being created in one of the following GL accounts:
20110-xxxx-01
20111-xxxx-01
20112-xxxx-01
The GL entry for the grain tax payable should be occuring at the time of settlement not the time of receipt. We need this fixed immediately.
