Undistributing ticket 202 and get the error message below

Verified Fix using 19.1.0806.316 = PASSED
Steps in testing
1)Run the attached patches in [Ithaca Patch.sql|http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/attachment/41076/Ithaca+Patch.sql] and [Ithaca Undistribute ticket error data fix.sql|http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/attachment/41062/Ithaca+Undistribute+ticket+error+data+fix.sql]
2)Go to Ticket Management>Tickets
3)Search for Ticket 202
4)Undistributed
Result: Cannot undistribute ticket.
Acceptance: Should be able to undistribute ticket.
