Steps to recreate:
1. Inventory > inventory adjustment > new
2. Adding item 24301 for location Moro Bulk Fuel and Lubricant
3. Item shows zero cost
4. Item in inventory not showing in Stock tab
5. Location is setup in item location.

The issue to check is why are stock and pricing not showing for these items in item setup for the location Moro. Looks like a data fix?
