HDTN-234045 - Inventory Count IC-84

Issue:

1. User  selects existing Inventory Count record

2.  Physical counts are showing

3.  User selects the Load option

4. All Physical counts are lost 

Acceptance:

The Load option should not impact existing Physical counts.

Please see screenshots in the comments section for reference.

I think we did not program whatever I was talking about "Load" button. 

Looks like the user is trying to refresh the On Hand and she is not able to do so.

That feature is available only on "Sync" banner and it shows up on Save button I guess.

Alright, please show the alert "Choose your action." with "Reload Data", "Reload On Hand" and "Cancel" options.

Reload Data  - clear the grid and reload data. Show one more alert "This will clear the data and reload again. Continue?" with Yes and No option.

Refresh On Hand - updates On hand quantity. Use the same function of "Sync Data" banner.

Cancel - Do nothing and return.
