+ *Steps to reproduce:* +
1. Look up item 1074359. There are 3 UOMs.
2. Go to pricing > pricing level.
3. Add another pricing level of an existing location and price level but set a different UOM.
+ *Actual result:* +
Error: Pricing levels cannot have the same location and price level. See comment.

Solution:
Duplicate check validation should be for Item, Location, Price Level, UOM and Effective Date.
There should not be duplicate price entry for this combination.
Validation should fire for data entry and imports.
